INFORMATION CLAUSE ON THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

Below you will find information that will allow you to read the rules of personal data protection regarding our current and future clients. 

According to art. 13 para. 1 of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) No. 2016/679 of 27/04/2016 (RODO), we would like to inform you that:

1. The administrator of your personal data is Ośrodek Szkoleń Ratownictwa Morskiego MAYDAY G. Szawarski Sp. k., with headquarters in Gdynia (81-366), at ul. Stefan Batory 28-32. 
2. Any questions regarding the manner and scope of processing of your personal data and the scope of your rights, please contact: odo@mayday-gdynia.pl.
3. We process your personal data in order to conclude and implement a training contract, i.e. based on art. 6 par. 1 lit. b Regulation of the GDPR.
4. You can ask us for access to your data, rectification, transfer, deletion, processing restrictions, as well as to oppose further processing at any time.
5. The personal data that you entrust to us is stored in our Student Database. It is adequately protected so that it does not fall into the wrong hands or is lost. We will process personal data contained in it until the purpose of processing is terminated, or to express your objection to further processing.
6. The recipients of your personal data will only be entities authorized to obtain them in connection with the implementation of the contract.
7. We will not transfer your personal data to third countries.
8. We would also like to inform you that in the event of processing your personal data contrary to the Regulation of the GDPR, you have the right to refer the complaint to the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection), with headquarters in Warsaw (00-923) at ul. Rates 2.
9. Providing personal data is voluntary, however, refusal to provide it may result in the refusal to conclude the contract.
